History

The Cannes Brûlées Civic Association (CBCA) was established in 1975 while the subdivision was being built. The objectives of its founding were to preserve, enhance, and plan for the orderly development of the subdivision. The original founders were Bryan V. Dupepe, F. Clancy Dupepe, Callista W. Glaser, Verna D. Devlin, Eunice Dupepe, and Lana Bernos.

The CBCA is a 5013c Non-Profit Organization.

Our Mission

  • Promote the general welfare, safety, and civic spirit of the community;
  • Develop and maintain an informed and productive membership dedicated to serving the interests of its residents;
  • Monitor government policies and actions and notify, inform, and involve residents in local government decisions that affect the neighborhood;
  • Strive to maintain and enhance the quality of life, promote the welfare and interaction of residents, and provide an organization which can effect the concerns of all.
  • Promote neighborliness through group activities and social events designed to foster community spirit.
